Optional Time of Day Residential Rates
We offer two rate options for our residential customers in addition to our standard rate (Rg1). Our optional rates are based on when your home uses electricity. To find out which rate may be most cost effective, based on your home's historical usage, use our 'Compare your rate options' tool in MyAccount
Nights & Weekends Smart Plan (Rg2)
On the Nights & Weekends Smart Plan, energy used during the on-peak hours between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. on weekdays is charged more than our standard residential rate (Rg1), and energy used during the off-peak hours between 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. weekdays and all day on weekends is charged less than our standard rate.

Nighttime EV Charging Plan (Rg3)
Residential customers that own an Electric Vehicle (EV) can save up to $150 by charging at night on our Nighttime EV Charging Plan. Energy used between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m. every day is charged significantly less than our standard rate (Rg1), and energy used during the hours of 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays is charged more than our standard rate. Energy used during times other than on-peak or off-peak is charged at the standard rate.

Energy Assistance Program
For some customers, including seniors on fixed incomes, energy expenses can be a financial burden. Our local Energy Assistance Program is designed to help income-qualifying households cover their energy costs and reduce the financial burden they face.
