We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.
Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To use this method, call our office at 608-437-3084 or download the Authorization for Direct Payment form and return it to us.
You can also enroll in automatic payments from your bank account or credit/debit card with our online customer self-service tool, MyAccount.
Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:
- After initial registration, future payments are fully automated - no action is necessary
- Helps avoid late or missed payments
- No need to write checks
- No postage costs
- Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account
When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement around the 22nd of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

Pay online, at MyAccount.
To pay using your mobile device, download the MyMeter app.
To pay by phone, call 1-877-885-7968. Please have your bill available so you can provide your account number.
*Paying by check or savings and viewing your balance due are FREE services. PSN fee is 3% for use of a credit/debit card and a fee of $.55 for check, ACH, and bank bill pay transactions.

Please include the bottom stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.
Pay in Person
During normal business hours (Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) customers can make payments at our office, located at 138 E Main St., Mount Horeb.
After business hours, payments can be dropped off in the night deposit box located at our office outside of the main entrance.
